A while back, Stephen and Katrine stopped by to shoot some pictures and video at the house. They've finished a final edit of the video and have posted it to their site. Check it out:

Wow, what a transformation… while this is likely the cleanest the
garage will ever be, it's nice to have this last bit finished off.

Our
friend Bret said that we can't say "finished" until we paint the blue
ceiling (the garage used to be split into 2 bedrooms). TJ stopped by this week to help with the ceiling, beams and a few odd bits… so Bret here you go:

One of the nice things about bringing the renovation to a close is that we can begin to purge… and the Rancho Del Diablo Neighborhood Yard Sale is a great chance to do this…

We've already got piles and piles of stuff, so make sure to stop by Saturday… Casie will also have all of ModApple out on display and 20% off both regular and sale prices.

Casie has just put a lot of items on sale at ModApple in preparation for our blow-out yard sale.

In addition to simply great deals on sale items, next Saturday, everything at the yard sale* will be an additional 20% off of the regular price (sale and non-sale alike)… so make sure to stop by, and save big — off the list price and no shipping costs (since you'll be taking it home).

Rancho Del Diablo is having a neighborhood yard sale:

Us? I'll have things like:

• Bostitch air compressor/ (3) nailer kit
• Bostitch framing nailer
• Ridgid 3/8in-chuck power drill
• 4in Tile Saw with Dewalt diamond blade
• Ridgid wet-dry Shop-Vac with handy bottom drain and lots of accessories
• Lasko portable utility fans (2) with handy 2-plug on-board power-strip
• Milwaukee Sawz-all with blade bundle/wrap
• Ryobi Corner-cat sander (never used)
• Craftsman Tool chest with locking bearing drawers (brown hammerite finish)
• Metric and SAE sockets and wrenches
• Lots of hand tools
• Lots of painting supplies
• Lots of tile and drywall supplies

After 3 years, the renovation is coming to a close and I just don't need a Sawz-all… (which is a good thing, by the way).

All tools are 3 years old or less… some have seen minimal use… and all at a great deal. While they're not stupid-cheap, everything will be priced fairly — at least 50% off of new-retail.

Casie will also be selling and previewing stuff from her ModApple store, so there's lots of neat, vintage housewares in hand.
