Casie forwarded a CraigsList post today advertising a "renovator's dream" here in Concord for $340,000. In less than an hour, I contacted the agent and stopped by to take some exterior shots.
In talking to the neighbors, it's in original condition — no funky renovations or alterations… and I hope to schedule a time to peek inside with the agent and check it out (and post) a bit more.
It's in a great Eichler neighborhood here in Concord with curved streets and just a bit of elevation/grade changes to make it seem a bit less like a tract development. Many of the most recent sales have gone to folks who've done some great jobs renovating their own homes.
