We had the opportunity to take a sneak-peek at a home up for sale (by owner) — an original Eichler in Concord adjacent to Concord Community Park. Take a look. (Click on the photos for larger, clearer images). These were shot last year, but the house is pretty much the same.
It's one of my own favorite models — much like our own, but a bit larger in all the right places: a full pantry, a separate utility/laundry room (rather than a nook). The guest bath is very accessible and creates a nice "guest area" in the front of the house. A two-car garage is always a nice option, too.
If interested, contact the seller here.

The house is mostly original… a few things have been changed over the years, but nothing major. The radiant heat is reportedly not working which is a fairly major rawback and a Mitsubishi mini-split system has been installed which provides some heat as well as AC as well. While you never know what might have happened, many radiant systems have been brought back to life by the right folks.
The most noteworthy thing about the house is the yard — it's huge… like 3 yards in total. Presently, it's a bit under-utilized, but simply due to size, the possibilities are near-endless. Unfortunately, it backs up to the park which can get pretty noisy and street parking in the neighborhood on the weekends (park traffic) can get a bit much. But if that sort of thing doesn't phase you then you're looking at the right house.

Great place! -seems like a steal to me.
Thanks for posting these. Do you know if the cabinets in the hobby/laundry are original? I have the same floorplan, mostly original condition, and don’t have those but would love them!
