Monika contacted us from Chicago to draft up a set of shelves for her husband — who likes blue (and we went with a white/gray/blue color scheme). The overall bay width is a bit wider than normal to fill a specific space in his office. Now, to disassemble them, give them a final buffing and crate them up for shipping.
Since each piece is custom made/designed — and hand built — I try to refine production on each unit and incorporating wisdom as we go along. On these, I tried a different template-type production and was able to keep the tolerances very tight… and it worked out quite well. This also allowed some experimentation with the panels which makes them a bit more universal. Monika's husband should be able to swap panels (top/bottom, front/back) even easier than with earlier units.
