It's great to have return customers in the custom furniture world — it's a bit of validation that you're doing something right. Even better is when the customer is remote and trusts your process from afar.
David's shelves were one of our first orders and the first to be packed up and shipped away. He contacted me a few weeks ago about an order and — once the queue cleared a bit — we were able to get it going. He's anxious to get it before Thanksgiving, so I'm shooting this early — two of the color panels are still curing. The hope is to give it a final buffing (which gives the shelves their soft, matte finish) and get it crated tonight and off to him this week. These are big ones… 92in long (very similar to John's without the doors).

A few things have changed since David's first order, but we wanted to "coordinate" (not match) the existing… they're going in different rooms. His first order was made without the adjustable feet — now standard. His were also made with "veneer core" panels and we're now using MDF core for flatness. Nonetheless, they're going to look very good together with the same color palette, texture and materials.
